Advent calendars, Christmas trees, and the display of the crèche, the three-dimensional representation of the Nativity scene, are just a few of these traditions. These traditions also incorporate other important Christian figures and events in Christ’s life, such as St. Nicholas Day and the Feast of the Epiphany.</p> <p>This Christmas, the Blessed Michael McGivney Pilgrimage Center presents the exhibit, <em>The Spirit of Christmas</em>, which features crèches and other artwork from around the globe celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ and traditions and feast days during the season.</p> <p>Enjoy the Christmas season at the Blessed Michael McGivney Pilgrimage Center through this exhibit, the supplemental exhibit <a href="/exhibits/away-in-a-manger-the-creation-of-nativity-scenes/"><em>Away in a Manger</em></a> and a variety of programs, including our annual Christmastime Family Day.
